Venue Search
The venue search page is split into 4 sections that enable you to be as specific as you wish when searching for your ideal venue. You will need to make at very least a selection from sections 2 (My Requirements) and 3 (Venue Type).
Once you have completed your criteria click on GO! to start searching. When you receive your results use the Refine Search option to amend your search criteria and search again.
1.Location
This section allows you to choose the area of the UK in which you would like to find a venue. Either select a specific town from the drop down list, or check one of the region boxes which will give you a wider search area. You may check as many different regions as you like or check the All Regions option to automatically check all regions.
If you would like to view a map of how we have arranged our regions click on the Regional Map icon and view and select your region(s). When you have selected your regions on the map, click submit and you will be brought back to the search page with the appropriate box checked.
Specify your required capacities for your venue in this section. You may enter the number of Bedrooms together with the number of Function Rooms in the rooms required section. You can also enter the total number of people who will be attending your Conference, Party or lunch/dinner.
This section is mandatory so please ensure that you complete at least one requirement field.
This simply allows you to define the type of venue you are looking for be it a hotel, Academic Venue, restaurant...etc. You may check as many different Venue Types as you like or check the All Venue Types option to automatically check them all.

Our venue database holds detailed information on what is available at each venue. Simply select the facilities that you would like your venue to have by checking the relevant boxes.
You may select as few or as many you like.
