Step 1 - Register
Start by registering with Venueseeker by selecting "Register" from the menu. Registration will take just a minute and save you hours of telephone enquiries to venues.

Make sure you make a note of your password.

While you don't have to register to search the venueseeker database, you won't be able to contact the venues through the unique features of Venueseeker.

Step 2 - Start Searching!
The "Venue Search" option will take you to our database search page where you can narrow down your search by entering anything from location and number of function rooms to specific facilities such as golf course and Live Music availability.
Step 3 - Search Results
Results are presented in a summarised format enabling you to take an overview of the venues that match your search criteria.

Clicking on the more information link will present a more detailed write up and pictures of the venue (where available).
Step 4 - Create a shortlist
With so many ideal venues on Venueseeker you'll need to narrow your choice down by using the "add to shortlist" function.

This will store up to 10 venues for you access at any time in the future.
Step 5 - Brief your venues
Wouldn't it be nice if you could email the same brief to all your chosen venues in one go and see who comes back with the best offer?

Choose the "Send a brief" option and you can!
Step 6 - Events
Don't forget that we can also help you with your events.

Complete the online "I need an event" form if you need assistance and inspiration for your next event.
Step 7 - My Venueseeker
My Venueseeker is your very own filing system recording all your activity on Venueseeker for future visits. In addition to storing your shortlist you can access and view copies of your venue brief as well as updating your personal details.

Need to retain a copy of your shortlist or brief? - why not use the function on My Venueseeker to email it to yourself - you can even send it to a colleague!
What is Venueseeker?
Venueseeker is an online resource for event and venue organisers and anyone looking for a venue for their next event. Our growing database of over 2,000 UK venues is available for you to search and contact, providing you register with us.
Why should I Register?
Registration is free and opens up the full potential of Venueseeker allowing you to:
  • Create and store shortlists of your chosen venues as you search. Shortlists are stored even when you leave the site and can be retrieved at any time.
  • Create an event brief that will be emailed to any, or all, of your chosen venues in one go!
  • Contact the venues via email.
